When starting something new, it's always important to find out all the information.
The fact is there is no quick and easy solution it takes dedication and hard work to achieve weight loss. When I work with my clients I start by getting them to keep a food diary and this makes my clients realise that some food choices can be improved. It is not dieting that gets long term results but making a lifestyle change and choice on improving your eating habits and exercising. One example is keeping sugar down to a minimum eating more fruit and vegetables drinking water and making sure your daily protein intake is adequate.
